If we eat food that has a higher amount of calories, will make us fat. A higher amount of calories is found in food with carbohydrates and fats. Therefore we have to eat food with fewer calories and should have more proteins, vitamins, and minerals. If your food has complex proteins and fiber, it is difficult for your body to digest it which 

STARVATION is not a way for weight loss, this can cause weakness in your body. Don't do this because your body needs the energy to do your daily work.

Chew your food properly

You should chew your food thoroughly because by chewing your food, you will use your energy so that that the calories you consumed, will be used, and by chewing food properly, your food digestion process easy.

Drink Planty of water

Drinking water can help you eat less and lose weight, especially if you drink it before a meal. If you replace calorie-loaded drinks such as soda or juice with water, you may experience an even greater effect.
